Potrebno je za palačinke:
- 1/2 šolje mekog brašna
- 1/2 šolje mlijeka
- 2 jajeta
- 2 kašičice neslanog putera
- 1 kašika šećera
- malo soli
- 1.5 šolja svježeg Ricotta sira
- 2 kašike meda
- 1/4 šolje pistacija, ugrubo zdrobljenih
- malo soli
Priprema:
Sjedinite brašno, šećer i so, pa dodajte jaja i puter i uz lagano miješanje preostalo mlijeko. Kad je smjesa umućena, pecite palačinke.
U drugu posudu sipajte Ricotta sir, med i pistacije pa dobro izmiješajte. Posolite fil po ukusu.
Za dekoraciju operite jednu veću narandžu. Nožem za ljuštenje povrća isijecite nekoliko dugačkih trakica od narandžine kore.
U svaku palačinku stavite 2 kašike fila, sve strane palačinke potom podignite na gore i učvrstite ih narandžinim trakicama kao na slici. Prijatno! ツ
